I’m the author of

“I’m Done Dimming My Light“

It’s part memoir, part manifesto and part guide for Ambitious Multi-passionate Souls who want it all without burnout!

Why am I writing this topic?

Ever felt like you were doing everything “right” and still felt invisible?

That was me—hustling, achieving, chasing gold stars that looked shiny on the outside but left me exhausted and hollow inside. I dimmed my light to fit in, to be acceptable, to be “successful.”

But here’s what I learned the hard way—when you dim your light for too long, you start to forget who you are.

This book is my reclamation. I’m Done Dimming My Light isn’t just a story—it’s a movement, a conversation, and an invitation for you to reclaim your own brilliance.

I wrote this book because I know what it feels like to break down under expectations—family, society, career—and to wonder if maybe you’re just “too much.” But I also know what it feels like to rise, to remember who you are, and to finally shine without apology.

Inside this book, you’ll journey with me through moments of rejection, heartbreak, burnout, and rediscovery—and you’ll meet the philosophies and practices that helped me rebuild a life where I no longer shrink to make others comfortable.

The truth? The answers you’re searching for aren’t “out there.” They’ve been with you, in your own light.

This isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about remembering.

If you’ve ever asked yourself, Who am I really? What am I here for? Why do I feel like there’s more to life than this?—then this book is for you.

I’m not offering you a map to my life—I’m handing you a mirror for your own.

Because the world doesn’t need a smaller version of you. The world needs your light, undimmed.

As you turn these pages, you’ll discover:

  • Why so many of us lose our inner spark—and how to reignite it.

  • How to break free from cultural and personal conditioning that tells you to be smaller than you are.

  • A framework I call the Quartenet—four essential tenets (Health, Relationships, Passion, and Material) that guide multi-passionate people like us to succeed without burning out.

  • The five phases of reclaiming your light—Shadow, Spark, Shimmer, Shine, and Star—and how to move through them at your own pace.

  • Practices, stories, and reflections that help you stop dimming and start living as the star you already are.

The Five Phases of Undimming

Your journey isn’t linear—it’s a rhythm. Just like a star, your light moves through stages:

  • Shadow – The season of doubt, burnout, and feeling invisible.

  • Spark – That first flicker of awareness that something has to change.

  • Shimmer – Experimenting, trying, failing, learning—allowing your light to peek through.

  • Shine – Living aligned, unapologetic, rooted in your truth.

  • Star – Becoming a beacon—using your light to guide and uplift others.

These phases aren’t steps you “finish.” They’re a cycle you’ll move through again and again as you expand and evolve.

Testimonials

“I read the chapter—and wow, so proud of you. This is such a beautiful start. The topic really hit me, and your writing felt so natural and easy to connect with. You’ve kept it simple but still elegant, and that’s not easy.

I’ve read a lot over the years, and this one genuinely held me. Your phrases are sharp and full of feeling, and the stories… they’re just so real. That whole theme of trying to fit in while keeping your inner fire alive? It’s something we all feel, and you captured it so well.

Can't wait to read more of your interesting stories.

Congratulations on this journey come adventure of writing your first book🥳🎉”

“A very easy read and I really want to read more and more. Like I have said I felt what you feel, I felt the same but I honestly didn’t accept that I felt empty when j completed my bachelors. So I guess I am proud of you to accept and write it out in words.“

“I just went through your introductory pages and honestly, they were amazing! I’m not really much of a book reader, but your writing had me hooked right from the start—it felt like you were actually talking to me through the book. The language is so simple and relatable, and the title is spot on—it really connects with what so many of us go through, trying to fit in or holding back because of the fear of failure.

It actually reminded me of Atomic Habits, which I often go back to whenever I need a reset. Your book feels like it could be the same kind of go-to read—something we can pick up anytime for a fresh perspective or just to calm ourselves down. I honestly can’t wait to read the full version, and I’m sure it’s going to be amazing!”

“I think I’d be a mix of an explorer and a crisis reader :) I also love that the book includes activities. Marie Forleo’s Everything is Figureoutable was one of my favorites for the same reason. Having actionable activities makes the experience so much more engaging. Overall, I absolutely loved what I read so far, and I’m very excited to read the full book. Once it's released to the public I definitely know a lot of friends and my cousins who would love to read this book!”
